On December 17, 2019, An Phat Holdings Group and Kuehne + Nagel Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the strategic cooperation in the field of logistics services.
Accordingly, An Phat Holdings decided to choose Kuehne + Nagel as a strategic partner to provide all logistics services to its subsidiaries, through An Tin An Tin Inter- Transport Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of An Phat Holdings).
Specifically, subsidiaries of An Phat Holdings, including: An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company (AAA), An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company (HII), An Vinh Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company (AVP ), An Cuong Building Materials Joint Stock Company (ACP), An Thanh Bicsol Singapore Ltd. (ATS) will use Kuehne + Nagel’s logistics services, via An Tin An Tin Inter- Transport Joint Stock Company from January 01, 2020.
This is an important step in promoting the circular economy development of An Phat Holdings.
