The participants included representatives of local authorities Mr. Pham Minh Phuong – Head of Hai Duong Industrial Zones Management Board, Mr. Bach Dang Vinh – Head of Hai Duong Customs Department.
On behalf of An Phat Holdings (the parent company of An Phat Complex), Mr. Nguyen Le Trung – Vice Chairman oand Mr. Pham Hoang Viet – Vice Chairman and Board of Directors of subsidiaries attended the event.
On behalf of MTC Shenzen, Mr. He Shengbin – Sales General Director; Mr. Lan Yanyuan – General Director of MTC Vietnam, along with many other representatives participated in the ceremony.
In addition, Ms. Dang Thi Hai – Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade joined the event.
Accordingly, MTC Shenzen will rent An Phat Complex’s workshop for 6 years and an another additional one year contract extension. The two parties will accelerate the workshop renovation, expectedly handling over the project in December 2019.
An Phat Complex’s new partner is Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd. (MTC Shenzen), which is an enterprise specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling electrical – electronic products such as LCD TVs, set-top boxes, LED products, networking devices, internet entertainment gadgets and other related products.
With the cooperation with MTC Shenzen, An Phat Complex has increased its ndustrial leasing rate by more than 65%.
The signing ceremony marked the successful cooperation between the two parties after more than one month of negotiation. Previously, there were some working sessions between An Phat Complex and MTC Shenzen in China and Vietnam. The Investment Promotion Department of An Phat Complex has proactively provided to MTC Shenzen with necessary information to meet their requirements of construction, logistics etc, or finding rental houses for professionals.
Before MTC Shenzen, An Phat Complex was chosen by customers from the United States and Hong Kong. An Phat Complex is expected to reach 100% occupancy by 2020.
An Phat Complex is also planning to invest another industrial park in Hai Duong, named Quoc Tuan An Binh. This is an industrial park in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, located adjacent to the west of Highway 37 at Km69, belonging to the administrative boundaries of 3 communes Quoc Tuan, An Binh and An Lam of Nam Sach district.
The first phase of Quoc Tuan An Binh Project is expected to exploit 180 hectares and be completed by the end of 2020.
